With over 25 years of multi‑industry business and HR leadership experience, Jocelyn Hernandez is the Founder and Principal Consultant of JH Consultant LLC, where she partners with small to mid‑sized organizations to strengthen their people strategies and align them with business goals. As an independent consultant, she specializes in Business Strategy, Career Coaching, and Full‑Cycle HR Project Management, offering customized solutions as a Fractional HR Director.

Jocelyn is also an educator and speaker, sharing her insights on leadership, organizational culture, and professional growth to inspire others to reach their potential. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward, and a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Organizational Management. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
