Marissa Helaire serves as Board Secretary of Healthy Kids of Nevada Foundation and Assistant Director of Kids Are Us Academy. At 33, she brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, strong operational leadership, and deep dedication to children and families.

She began volunteering at Kids Are Us at 15 and quickly became highly skilled in managing Nevada childcare subsidy paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. After succeeding in roles outside the family business, she returned full-time four years ago and now supports daily operations, regulatory compliance, family communication, and organizational structure.

A proud mother of three honor students, Marissa ensures clear communication, accurate recordkeeping, and strong administrative oversight—grounded in teamwork, service, and creating opportunities for families to thrive.
